Vista Del Mar Ranch offers three types of accommodations for your horses. The ranch also offers plenty of space for riding and turn out. Dan and Stacie live on the property and keep the facilities immaculate.

  • Large individual tack spaces per horse.

  • Include two saddle racks, multiple bridle hooks, overhead shelving and floor space for trunks.

  • Separate from the tack rooms: supplement rooms are spacious organized and clean.

INTERESTED IN BOARDING OR TRAINING AVAILABILITY? 

The ranch also offers two large arenas with lights and an automatic watering system, a 50-ft round pen, and six large turnouts for daily exercise of the horses. There is also a trailer parking lot on the property.

Vista Del Mar Ranch is the only boarding facility that has direct access to Happy Camp Canyon Regional Park. 

​

Happy Camp Canyon Regional Park is a 3,000+ acre nature park dedicated to horseback riding, hiking and bicycling. The park boasts amazing views of the ocean, the Channel Islands, as well as the surrounding mountains and valleys. 

​

Wildlife is abundant throughout the park. During our 9+ years here we have seen deer, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, eagles, hawks, ravens, and buzzards as well as all the small critters like ground squirrels and rabbits.

​

The park offers 17.5 miles of trails, as well as access to an additional 15 miles of trails for you to explore. There are 5 miles of groomed trails on the "plateau", closest to our ranch, in Happy Camp Canyon Park to enhance your riding experience. Cool onshore breezes keep this area very comfortable during the warm summer months.
